While the breathtaking ocean views remain as stunning as ever, they can now be enjoyed in even greater comfort and style.

Open the lanai glass doors each morning to enjoy your coffee while listening to the soothing sound of waves crashing just steps away. The beauty of having the ocean in your backyard makes this townhome the perfect retreat during your stay on Maui. Spend hours relaxing on the lanai, watching surfers in the morning, and taking in breathtaking sunsets at night. You might even spot turtles popping their heads up from the water.

Located in the Puamana gated community, this townhome offers access to beautifully landscaped grounds, though the three pools are currently undergoing maintenance due to the Lahaina fire. The tennis court is still available for use, and the property is near the canal, providing public access to the waterfront. The clubhouse, unfortunately, is no longer standing, but Puamana remains a peaceful and stunning tropical escape.

For your safety and peace of mind, the unit is equipped with a Ring Security System featuring exterior surveillance cameras and two motion detectors—one at the front door and one on the back lanai. Please note that there are no cameras inside the unit.

This three-bedroom townhome has a strict maximum occupancy of four people. The primary bedroom is locked off for owner use, ensuring privacy for both you and the owners. We had the best vacation in Maui, and staying at Puamana Resort was huge part. We stayed in an Ocean front unit and the home was absolutely beautiful. I cant think of anything that the owners could possibly do to improve, they thought of everything. Will be staying here again in the future.

We enjoyed our time at the property. The location can't be beat. We loved being able to crawl out of bed and get in the water. Living that close to the ocean is very relaxing and a true vacation. The one main disappointment was that the one bedroom with an ocean view was locked-off by the owner. Although they technically didn't mislead on the listing, we should have been more careful examining the photos of the bedrooms, but all the other ocean-front units in Puamana have one bedroom with an ocean view, so we assumed it did. Our bad, but we feel it should have been mentioned in the listing that the master bedroom was locked-off for owner-use only. Also, we love to cook and the pots and pans are all scratched non-stick which is not great. Other than that, we had a great family time there. Very quiet, clean and nice neighbors! We own a vacation rental management company in Northern CA and are not quick to give negative feedback.

This oceanfront property is in a great location - would be hard to beat it. The grounds are well cared for, 3 pools to choose from on the property and very close to Lahaina town for excursions, shopping or dining.
