The property was gorgeous with beautiful views of Maui Beach. Check in and check out was easy. Would definitely recommend staying here. You won't be disappointed!! We will be back!!

Great place. Super convenient to Lahaina and areas close by. Although it is DESPERATLEY needing a NEW BBQ. Second time in two years at same condo and same old BBQ. That is a huge factor for us when booking, we love to BBQ and eat on the lanai. GREAT views and BEAUTIFUL Sunsets!!

Our extended family of 5 had a wonderful stay at this town home. The location couldn't be better, we could hear and see the waves. The properties 3 pools were great too. We had a lovely stay and were very comfortable.

We had the pleasure of renting this fabulous Puamana Townhome for 10 nights! The unit is just as the pictures show and even more beautiful then we could have imagined! The views are absolutely breathtaking! The management company is also AMAZING! Very communicative and responsive! We loved this unit & will look to rent it again next year!

We are 3 couples frequently going on vacation together and therefore know how difficult it is to get an apartment with 3 almost equal bedrooms in a fine setting with tables big enough and sufficient kitchen equipment. We looked really hard until we came to this place: 1 master bedroom with a king bed/ensuite bathroom with walk in shower, 1 bedroom with queen bed sharing the bathroom (shower i a tub) with a bedroom with 2 single beds (which can easily be put together). 2 living rooms and best of all spacious terrace with a view over the ocean and to Lanai. 100m on the lawn to the left you can enter the ocean and swim every day. Having breakfast or dinner you can watch sea turtles, sea lions, surfer, stand up paddlers. We felt very safe in this gated community. For check in you just stop by at clubhouse give them your name and license plate number and you're done. Before your arrival mail or message gives you all necessary information concerning codes. The same before your departure. Very easy. Place was impeccable clean, nice furniture, mattresses a bit too soft for us, but that's individual taste. To have access to a surfboard or SUP would have been nice, but that really would be pure luxury. We would rent again!!

This location is paradise! This is our second time renting this unit and it was perfect. We love being so close the water, but having a hedge to keep the toddlers safe from the water. Thank you for such an amazing vacation spot!

Truly a wonderful experience. The place was AMAZINGLY clean and had the most beautiful view. Woke up to watch turtles in the waves every morning, right outside our patio. Everything in the home is upgraded and it was a great experience.

The property appeared exactly as it did in the photos! It was a wonderful location and easy to navigate. The private beach and pools allowed us to get time in the sun without traveling far. The property management company was communicative and professional. We are definitely coming back to wake up to that ocean view!

We had a large group of 15 and rented 3 units on the beach. They were all fantastic. The location can't be beat. The sunsets unbelievable, whales breaching in front of us, what more can you ask? Our unit recently upgraded and in perfect shape. Gated community. 20 minute walk into Lahaina. Perfect vacation spot for us!

We totally enjoyed the condo and the location. Just steps from the Ocean. Still miss the sound of the waves every day. Condo was very clean and well furnished and convenient to everywhere we traveled. Perfect location. Night sky was awesome for viewing the stars. The sunsets were spectacular. We highly recommend this unit!!!! Property Management Company was very attentive and the security was well managed.

Really enjoyed the property and my stay. Make sure to read the contract I was confused about the parking from the description 1 covered parking comes with the condo then you can pay for a second spot that is uncovered first come first serve. Management was great about responding quickly when I had questions. LOVED the view!!!!!! Would stay here again for sure.

This unit was spectacular!! The location right on the ocean was perfect for morning breakfast to watch the surfers and sunset dinners. It was also nice falling asleep to the sound of the waves. The remodel was beautiful and amenities were plentiful for our large group of 7. Everyone loved the comfort of the beds too. The Puamana community had easy beach access with friendly staff and residents. Close to shops and restaurants in Lahaina or other beaches up the road. Would definitely recommend a stay here!

Thank goodness we weren't charged for the views, priceless! As you stepped out onto the back porch the scene of the mountain, beach, palm trees looks like a live painting, just beautiful!! This space was gated and safe. Plenty of room for our group and loved the outdoor space to sit and watch sunrise, surfers, boaters. If there was anything at all that may have been easier, would be both the beach access. It was a little unsafe for me to walk across rocks to get to the beach. The pool was a short walk and I wished we would have rented bikes. I did try but couldn't find a place that delivered them.

Everything about this stay was pleasant. The views were breathtaking, especially the sunsets, the sounds of the waves were relaxing, and the location to everything was convenient. The inside of the condo was beautiful. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the kitchen was prepped with everything we needed, and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax in their own space when needed.

This was great for our family.

Dave & Cathy did a great job finding us the unit of our dreams in Puamana. We are grateful the condo was super clean, quiet, comfortable and OH THAT VIEW! The location of the unit was perfect and the pools were awesome. SO opposite of crowded resorts with hoards of people!

Our only recommendation would be to install dimmer lights especially on the lanai and bedrooms.

Perfection - location, cleanliness, comfortable, amazing sunsets

We were promised a newly remodeled unit (where we had stayed before) and that’s exactly what we got. Couldn’t have been more pleased. Dave and Kathy at A Perfect Vacation Rental were just great. I’d recommend them and this unit to anyone.
