Puamana 100-4 is a beautifully remodeled 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom townhome offering partial ocean views in a prime location, directly across from the beach access. Unfortunately, the historic clubhouse and some amenities were lost to the Lahaina fire, and the three swimming pools, including the adult oceanfront pool, are currently undergoing maintenance. Despite this, Puamana still offers a unique island experience and the perfect spot to unwind and relax.. The property has been professionally cleaned after the fire, ensuring a safe and comfortable stay for guests.
The spacious open floor plan includes two master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms—one located on the ground floor along with the living room, kitchen, and powder room. The upstairs master bedroom features a king-size bed and a large sun deck with stunning ocean views. The second upstairs bedroom offers two twin beds, with all bedrooms having their own ensuite bathrooms.
The back lanai remains perfect for family BBQs, dining, or simply unwinding, while the upstairs master bedroom’s sun deck offers serene ocean views. The owners take pride in sharing their Maui home, stocking it with all the conveniences you’ll need for a comfortable stay. Despite the recent challenges, Puamana 100-4 continues to exemplify “No Ka Oi” (the best of Puamana).

This place was great. Newly renovated condo with nice finishes. Open concept floor plan with large island in kitchen. Well equipped with pots, pans and utensils. Both outdoor lanais have plenty of furniture to relax. The primary suite is an oasis with sweeping views of the ocean. The primary bath has a double vanity with huge open shower. 30 second walk to the private beach in Puamana. Close to all 3 pools. Would stay here again for sure!

The house was very comfortable and well equipped. It’s probably the rental house with the best equipped kitchen I have stayed at.
Proximity to the ocean made for nice walks and pleasant chats in the lanai with the sound of the ocean as “background music”. The location near Lahaina “downtown” and the highway was very convenient for our plans.
The property manager provided prompt instructions.
I highly recommend this property.
