LS 423 Lahaina Shores

Lahaina is a fabulous town and this property allows you to enjoy beautiful Lahaina in a glorious manner. Booking the property was easy and all my messages were answered promptly. The condo is amazing; it is clean; tastefully decorated; and has all the amenities for a fabulous vacation. The condo is on the 4th floor near the elevator and washer and dryer, but it is so quiet. We NEVER heard outside noise from the hallway and only heard noise when the door to the lanai was open. We loved, loved our stay! The property is within walking distance to Lahaina and of course, the beach is at your door. My only suggestion is a nicer coffee pot- the Lanai is too special not to have that perfect cup of coffee!

Everything was perfect! The check in process was easy, the lobby is nice and opens up to a pool lounge area and a private beach access. The room was perfect and had everything you would need. The pictures don’t do it justice. We slept to the sounds of waves every night! It’s in a great location too. It’s an 8 minute walk to the shops and restaurants on Front St. and the property itself felt very intimate. 10/10 experience!

Best location if you love to sit on your balcony and have the beach and ocean right in front of you. It was spectacular. Nice studio with well stocked kitchen, flat screen TV. Beach towels,chairs,and umbrella provided. Private outside area for guests and a great pool, also right on the beach.

This room and location were perfect. The room was fresh, clean and had everything we needed. We cooked most our meals in the room. You can hear the waves all night long and sitting on the balcony every morning drinking a cup of coffee was amazing. This place is also super convenient to Lahaina - we walked into town pretty much every day to check out different things. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Lahaina Shores unit 423 was perfect. The unit location is perfect for watching sunsets, boats and listening to the waves. We saw the most spectacular moon reflecting on the water and beach. You can enjoy the luau located next-door. You can hear the drums and music. Not too loud. The unit had everything we needed. Beach chairs, umbrella and snorkeling gear. The pillows were the only disappointment. Everything else was great! The area is full of things to do. Our dining experience that was most enjoyable was Paia Fish co. Down the hatch was fun for music and atmosphere. Try the Sheraton for a day. You can use their beach plus they valet park. Bring you beach stuff.

Perfect as expected. I have been coming to LSBR since 2014. A wonderful February escape from winter. I have secured this unit the last few years and it is perfect for my needs.
This time I used grocery delivery from Foodland and it exceeded my expectations. No more lugging groceries back every couple of days. Perfect as I am “advancing” in age.
If you want a quiet, Island location, this is your spot. Lahaina Shores is a lovely setting.

Absolutely loved our stay at this studio condo. Unbelievable location close to restaurants, the marina for boating excursions, shopping and so much more. No need to rent a car much is walkable, however, the bus line was just awesome if you wanted to visit another part of the island. We actually played Pickleball at the local Civic Center 3 times a week and met some wonderful locals and visitors alike.

I loved this condo. The views were amazing and I loved how close it was to town. We had a rental car but ended up walking since it was so close. It was so nice to have the beach chairs and umbrella. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for the week. I will be booking this unit the next time I visit Maui! Thank you for making this a vacation I'll never forget!

This vacation rental has everything you need. Beachfront, amenities, walking distance to shops and restaurants. You could really get away with even needing a rental car. The views from your room are breathtaking.

We had a very lovely and relaxing experience. It is a great location, very clean unit and stocked well. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella. We are already missing the sound of the surf lulling us to sleep each night. We saw lots of whales right from the lanai. Did a whale tour with Ultimate Whale Watch that was fantastic. Ask for Captain Brittany! Will definitely return.

We love Lihauna Shores for our stays on Maui. It is so close to downtown and has a great beach just a few feet from the hotel. The Studio unit 423 has a perfect view of the ocean and is easily accessible close to the elevators. We look forward to our next visit.

We had a fantastic stay at 423 Lahaina Shores. 423 was everything it said it was and we were totally satisfied and will definitely be back. The unit is very well equipped and clean. Views are fantastic and the location of Lahaina Shores is perfect for an easy walk to restaurants and bars nearby. It is also a nice walk to downtown Lahaina for more stores, restaurants and bars.
We enjoyed daily walk on the beach out front of Lahaina shores as well.
Lahaina Shores itself is very clean and has all you need including friendly and helpful staff.

We enjoyed our stay at Lahaina Shores;! We could walk to all our favourite spots, a beautiful drive to beautiful golf courses and beautiful views of morning sunsets and evening sunsets. Our studio room was clean and well stocked with everything we needed . We would definitely return.

The unit and resort were absolutely awesome. Everything in our condo was clean, beautiful and had more than we expected. Anything you need in a kitchen while on vacation is there. Start up essentials were greatly appreciated especially after traveling 10 hours to get there. You are a short walk from plenty of shops and restaurants - which is awesome considering parking downtown is difficult. Hearing the crashing waves at night puts you right to sleep. The view..AMAZING! Watching the sunset from the lanai or on the beach was breathtaking. The pool and hot tub were great and always clean. Plenty of beach chairs to lay out and relax in the beautiful gardens facing the ocean.

Our first impression as soon as we walked through the door was "ohhh my gosh."

We loved our time in 423 and everything was just as we expected. The view was incredible and we enjoyed watching the sunrise every morning and the sunset every evening. I wish we were still there. It really gave you the relaxing vacation experience.

The room was very simple with decor which we appreciated. The kitchen had everything we needed except for cooking oil and coffee filters. The dehumidifier was great and necessary, although a heads up about it would have been nice. SO just make sure you empty it or it does get very humid! There was beach towels, chairs, snorkel gear, and a cooler. The bed was comfy but the pillows weren't what we prefer- they were super soft and thin.

The condo staff were sooo friendly and check in/out was a breeze. We enjoyed the pool every night and swam in the ocean outside the condo. There is a Luau next door that you can hear and it is a little load but it was fun to listen to! The beach is so private and people were kayaking and paddle boarding every day! It was wonderful.

The location is excellent, right in town but just far enough away that its quiet. We walked around Lahaina everyday for coffee and happy hour and shopping.

Overall, it was just such an amazing experience. We booked through APVR and they were very communicative and friendly!

First, this condo has a great location in the Lahaina Shores resort, an older location right on the beach in old town Lahaina. It’s renovated, with beautiful granite in both kitchen and bath. It has a very nice lanai, double sliding doors, and excellent light blocking wooden blinds for sleeping in a bit. It’s very quiet. Guests have access to the resort pools and lawn, and the hotel staff are quite friendly, if not always completely on top of things. Everything was clean on arrival except the floors inside and on the lanai. Lots of sand indoors, and sand and spills outside. Everything inside felt damp. We could not adjust the A/C temp. Plenty of fluffy towels in the bath, but no shampoo or body wash, just liquid handsoap at the sink. Kitchen has essential tools, but no oil, no small sharp knife. Mattress was fine, but could use an upgrade on the bedding. Sheets were ordinary, and bed had only 2 flabby pillows with a couple of even worse ones in shams. Beach towels and chairs were provided. No laundry detergent, but there is apparently a vending machine on another floor that sells it. The managers certainly don’t bother the guests and don’t have many rules. Overall it was a very pleasant stay, but doesn’t show the attention to detail I’d have liked to see.

The condo was great!!! Check in was easy. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The condo is just a few minutes from the busy life of Front Street but you would never know with how it’s tucked away. Most nights we walked down to Front Street for dinner and then walked back to enjoy the sun going down on the beach. We went though the Condo yo book Zip Lining, so worth it. This place is a little gem on Maui and we’ll be back for sure!!

Let me start that Lahaina Shores is not party central! This may be the most laid back resort I have ever been to. No fighting for chairs by the pool. No load music. Very little small children running around. This is an oases made in heaven! You can't possible any closer to the water then this resort. The views are spectacular! We left the doors open on our unit and listened to the waves crash on the beach all night long. The great thing about this resort is any kind of entertainment you can imagine is within walking distance. Our entire stay was delightful. The grounds are extremely well maintained. The staff extremely friendly. Another positive is the elevators! Yes, the elevators! We never had to wait to get up to our 4th floor unit. I always hate when you have to sit and wait for an elevator. Lahaina Shores has this figured out. no waiting and really fast elevators. This is the perfect property for the perfect vacation. But families stay away! This is a quaint and quiet resort! Enjoy the piece and quiet!

Our stay in unit 423 in September was amazing. The studio was perfect for our 25th anniversary vacation. The pictures are 100% accurate for the layout of the unit. The closeness to the beach is as good as you can get in Maui. The view is incredible and the sound of the surf is very relaxing. Would definitely recommend and would definitely look to return at some point. The unit had a lot of the essentials like soaps,garbage bags,all utensils, beach chairs/towels, all bathroom towels (shower is awesome), coffee filters,fast internet, satellite TV, comfortable bed and good pillows, excellent patio space, basically no surprises, everything was as it was described

We had a wonderful experience at Lahaina Shores room 423. The view from the lanai was stunning, and it felt very private. There was a family right next door with three little kids, and we never heard a peep do to the brick walls between the rooms. The room was beautiful, and they left us enough paper towels and TP to last the whole 10 days. The queen size bed was very comfortable although we could have used a couple more pillows. Great lighting in the room for me to paint and read.

Wife and I enjoyed the beach front view and property. The place was perfect for us nice uncrowded beach with good views and easy local shops and food. If and when we go back we will most definitely look at staying here again.

The location was perfect! Close access to awesome restaurants and shops but private enough for a relaxing day by the pool. The unit itself was clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and super helpful. We will definitely recommend this unit/building to friends and family.

We have traveled to Maui more times than I can count and this stay was no exception. Unit was cool, clean and ready to go. The only suggestion I have is maybe to upgrade the bed to a King. The queen is a bit snug. Rick was great to work with and was very accommodating. We needed to be on the West Maui side a day earlier than we anticipated for a business meeting and Rick was able to get us in a day earlier and before the usual check in time. That was such a big help to us as we had no where to keep our luggage for our 10:00 a.m. meeting. Mahalo to Rick for his timely response and assistance. Lahaina.....home away from home.

We recently stayed in Unit 423 for a week. Great location, easy access to walk to shops and restaurants. View was outstanding, we kept the doors open all night to listen to the waves. Unit was clean and had most everything you needed. My couple of notes would be, there is no music (ipod) dock, so we didn't have music. My husband tried to connect to the TV without success, so it was a bummer not to have music. The bed mattress was a bit soft for our liking, but we managed. Overall, it was a good place to stay and fit our needs.

We have been to Maui several time now and this was by far our best vacation we had due to the Accommodations at Lahaina Shore. LS 423 was very nice and clean upon arrival and exactly as advertised and the pictures are correct. We were greeted by 2 very nice people and check in was a breeze, the lobby was very clean and orderly. Our room was perfect when we fist went in, the air condition was on and it kept the room very nice, during the day we didn't need the A/C as the trade winds kept it cool. The grounds at LS were very clean and well kept and the BBQ area which we used was spotless and the BBQ worked great. The Hotel is located about a 3-4 min.from the shops and bars on Front Street which we walked to every night after supper making for a nice walk. The area was quite and no issues leaving our jeep in the parking lot, nobody bothered anything. The elevators in the hotel were a surprise, they were clean and FAST, we never had to wait at all which was nice.The beach out front was nice and calm with some rocks, we swam there and enjoyed laying on the sand, our unit provided nice beach chairs which we used daily. We booked through "A Perfect Vacation rental" and from getting our contract to the end of our stay, they were very good and upon check out Dave allowed us to stay longer that day(thanks Dave)which was great as our flight didn't leave until 11:58 pm . Overall this place is great and would highly recommend 423 and "A Perfect vacation Rental" to anyone who wants a nice clean, safe place to vacation.

I was so happy to find this lovely unit available for my eight day (too short) stay at Lahaina Shores. The unit was well equipped, clean, updated and very comfortable! Simply heaven taking in the sounds of the surf and the beautiful ocean view! There was a little issue (for me) the first night which the owners addressed promptly and with care and concern. It was a truly memorable stay and I look forward to returning to this property and wonderful room!
