LS 305 Lahaina Shores

We really enjoyed the location so close to great food and entertainment. The coastal view out our porch was amazing to watch the sunsets. The bed was very comfortable. Great spot and we would totally stay here again!

We slept with the sound of the ocean waves crashing on the shore. Our unit faced the ocean and we couldn't have asked for a better view. Close to all the action in Lahaina. Nice to have reasonable onsite parking. Kitchen was well equipped. Had great pizza at Kapena's wood fired kitchen

I've stayed in other units at this resort, and they always exceed my expectations.
- Beach Chairs and Beach Towels are provided.
PROS: This unit had an amazing view and the staff (housekeeping, maintenance and front desk) were always so graceful and helpful.
SUGGESTIONS:
- The front door could use a door stopper for coming and going with heavy luggage.
- The bath tub could use a non-slip mat. It was slippery and we had to use a hand towel when showering.
- There are no kitchen towels and the one roll of paper towels was only one-ply. So we went through the roll before the end of our 4 night stay.
- The unit could use a dry mat or a dish rack. Again, we had to use a clean hand towel from the bathroom to lay out or hand dry our dishes.
- When I attempted to use the landline in the unit, there was no dial tone. I looked closer and noticed the hard wire for the landline phone was missing. (Thankfully when I called the front desk, they were efficient and immediately sent a maintenance person to provide a cord for the phone.)
- When I asked housekeeping for additional towels, I was told I needed to go through the property management, not them.
- The unit could use two hand soap dispensers. One for the bathroom and one for the kitchen. We had to move to the other room if the hand soap was not at the sink we were near.
- The unit is a bit dated and hasn't been upgraded.

However, it wouldn't keep me from staying here again, as the property is beautiful, the view is breathtaking, it's conveniently located near the shops on front street and the staff are helpful.

Overall they never failed to meet our needs as the unit was clean, comfortable and enjoyable with an amazing beach view!

Perfect location, away from major resorts and busy beaches, and within walking distance to the historic part of Lahaina, and stores, restaurants and the harbor. The 3rd floor unit (elevator a plus) was clean and comfortable, if a bit dated (but so am I!). Loved the bed! The view was fantastic, with whale watching from the lanai being the high point of our down time! (A pair of binoculars would have been welcome!). Loved that we could walk the beach but still take a dip in the on site pool. There were always lawn chairs available if we chose to relax by the water. The unit, and actually the entire resort, was very quiet; we did not hear doors slamming, people talking or tvs blaring while inside. The underground parking was fine for us but may be a bit difficult for anyone with difficulty walking because there is no elevator, but I believe it is really only one level of stairs/ramp. Overall we loved this place and would absolutely love to return!

We had a great stay in this unit. Perfect location to explore North Shore. Within walking distance to Turtle Bay resort, golf, walking trails and hidden beach. Very clean, spacious and well equipped. Host easy to communicate with, check in easy and a lovely welcome pack was much appreciated. Property has 3 semi heated pools. Highly recommend this property to anyone staying on the North Shore.

We were in Lahaina for the Maui Oceanfront Marathon races. My husband and I ran the half marathon. The start and finish are a 2 minute walk from Lahaina Shores so location was perfect. We loved being beachside for relaxing after race. Pool was great for swimming laps. Able to walk downtown for shops and restaurants. Our unit was clean and nicely furnished. Loved the balcony overlooking ocean.

Our unit, while small (only a studio) was suitable for our needs. The location was perfect for visiting Lahaina, we could walk everywhere! Being right on the beach we had access to the ocean any time we wished.

I can't think of one negative thing to say. The location is perfect. Just steps away from everything, snorkeling, swimming, restaurants, walking along the shore, listening to the Luau music next door and watching the sunset! Excellent! Can't wait to go back.

This our 2nd stay at LS 305. The unit was very clean. We love the location next to Betty’s, Feast at Lei Lei and being able to walk to Front St. We snorkeled out front and even saw turtles! The monk seal also made an appearance a couple times! The pool, hot tub and grounds are well maintained. We loved the ocean front view, while enjoying our coffee/cocktails from our lanai. My only suggestion is that the carpet needs to be replaced with tile. We can’t wait to go back!

Our room was on the third floor with a large lanai overlooking the pool and the ocean. The room was nicely decorated, well equipped and clean, with a comfortable bed and nice kitchen area. It was simply a great room!

The overall property is well maintained with beach access (very narrow beach), a great pool that is long enough to do some laps, a hot tub, and a grass lawn with lots of lounge chairs. There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance.

However, the parking is a challenge. There is an underground lot with spaces so narrow (with large columns every fourth space) that it was nerve wracking to park our rental Prius. Getting out of the space on our first morning was so tight that a property employee hurried over to help us maneuver our way out with literally inches to spare. It seemed like he's done this a lot. Worse still is that most cars with normal ground clearance will bottom out as they crest the hill leaving the garage, and the deep gouges in the blacktop are a silent testimony to the damage being done to hundreds of undercarriages. Eventually we were able to get a permit for the outdoor lot which still has small spaces but felt luxurious in comparison.

Be sure to pick up essentials like coffee and breakfast before checking in. Only one coffee/breakfast shop in Lahaina opens before 8:00. That shop, (Bad *** Coffee) however, is very good! It would be a nice touch for the property to have coffee available for guests in the mornings.

I will say this unit is a bit "dated" so if you need brand new SS appliances and granite you should probably look elsewhere BUT for the value of what you get & the affordable price you simply can't beat this place. Overall room was in great condition, clean, appliances all worked great.

Ocean view and walkable to downtown Lahaina it's a no brainer. Perfect studio for 2 people, honeymoon, vacation, etc. Owners were easy to communicate with and helpful.

2 Beach chairs, 2 beach towels, umbrella, soft cooler were all there included.

Great location. Walking distance to all the activities on Front Street! Make sure to check out Down the Hatch for breakfast! Covered parking garage that’s only $3.50 a day, super nice! The room was just as pictured. Perfectly cold AC. Beautiful ocean views! Highly recommend this place! I also loved all the additional cleaning supplies and sanitizer available for use.

My husband and I stayed at Lahaina shores 305 for 7 amazing days. Perfect getaway for anyone that wants to get away from the busy city life. Our room was located in the perfect spot in Lahaina. Beach front views from the lanai. Great walking distance to restaurants, shops and bars. And all the activities you can think of. The room has a perfect size kitchen if you don't dine out every meal. Just amazing!!!! We slept with our lanai door open every night just to hear the crashing waves. Definitely will be coming back

We had a wonderful time staying at Lahaina Shores. We have stayed there several times and is our favorite place to stay. The only complaint we had was that this condo was outdated. The kitchen could use some serious updates to the appliances and the kitchen and bath really need to be upgraded! Overall the view from our balcony was awesome! The evening sunsets from our balcony were spectacular. It is a great location to walk to downtown shops and restaurants and is right on the beach. The staff was very friendly.

The beach was right out our door . We got to see The most beautiful fish in the world and God to swim next to a turtle right out front, tried some other beaches very busy lots of people !! Ended up back at our beach and enjoyed ourselves.

This studio is spacious and has everything anyone could want for a perfect stay in Maui. It's highlight is its location and lanai, with sweeping views, gorgeous sunsets, frequent rainbows and pleasant breezes. We watched whales from our lanai every day. We snorkeled with turtles from our beach. Water shoes are a must because the reef starts very close to shore.

This was a great location—walking distance to shops and restaurants, gorgeous ocean view from the balcony, and steps to the beach. Not the most modern or updated place we could have rented, but we didn’t come to Maui to stay in our room all day! It was clean and the bed was super comfortable. Staff is very nice. It was the perfect respite to return to at the end of the day after exploring the island, usually just in time to catch the amazing sunset from the balcony. Would definitely stay here again.

I've stayed at Lahaina Shores before and it's always a spectacular experience. Beautiful ocean views for enjoying coffee in the morning or watching the sunset. Fabulous staff that I always helpful and welcoming. So close to all activities and walking distance to happy hour. Vacation rental service was highly responsive.

We have stayed at Lahaina Shores 3 times but this was first time in this unit. Always love the ocean front side of complex as view amazing. Large bed was very comfortable and loved having the screen door so we would sleep listening to waves. Good size room and bathroom. Only complaint but not enough to spoil holiday at all or that would stop us from coming back but was a bit of a musty smell in unit and unit kitchen and bathroom cupboards but dated. We had a great week here and will Be back again for sure.

Excellent experience at305 Oceanfront Studio - Lahaina

305 Lahaina Shores was just as described, a large comfortable studio in a beautiful location. The views from the lanai were spectacular. And the bed was very comfortable. The resort property was quite nice with plenty of lounge chairs and a great pool. Plenty of shops and places to eat/drink right next door at 505 Front St. Easy walk into Lahaina town where there are many more options to shop and eat/drink. We will return.

Loved it, everyone working here was very friendly and helpful. Wish we would have had some cleaning service since we were staying 11 days. Condo had a smell when you walk in we couldn't figure out. Once inside, you got used to it. Otherwise, we had a wonderful experience.

Great Place. Everything Lahaina right there. Bed Very comfortable, Great Beach, Ocean waves almost to Loud. Right next door to, Restaurants,b and Bars, surff school, and paddle Board lessons. Harbor, where you can get about anything, or go anywhere, 4 Min walk. Shopping and 50 or so Bar / restaurants about a 6 Min walk. At least a mile of Beach, to run, walk or Lay on. We go to Maui every year. This is our 1st time staying at Lahaina Shores. This will be our place feom now on..
