Lahaina shores is one of the most convenient locations to downtown Lahaina. You cannot beat this condo. It is well appointed, spotless, with a very comfortable bed, and they view that is unbeatable.

This beautiful corner unit was stunning from the moment you walked in the door. Gorgeous ocean and sunset views from the lanais off the living room as well as the bedroom. Nicely maintained pool and lawn area with easy access to the uncrowned beach. Great location with easy walk to Lahaina shops, and Harbor. Covered parking garage was very handy.
The only negatives are the sofa cushions are shot and the shower could use a good mold and mildew scrubbing. We would definitely stay here again!

The lahaina beach resort is our favorite place to stay while on vacation in Maui. And now we have become spoiled by staying in 301. Its sunny, open and the views are outstanding. The pictures online look great, but truly don't give you the amazing feeling you get when you open your front door. We loved sitting each morning on our lanai and watching the calm blue ocean. Staff onsite and the mobile app made everything run smoothly. Thank you for making our week wonderful.

I did rent a scooter for the week for runs to Safeway or to pick up a plate lunch so we could maximize our Lanai time in the mornings and evenings. Free onsite parking for scooters was bonus. Be sure to walk over to Paia's Fish Market for dine in or take out. Malasada at Manuela's and Star Noodle for Manapua or Ramen. We had a celebration dinner at Fleetwoods and it was perfect. 505 Front St next door had a couple good restaurants and a classic dive bar or a Luau if interested plus all the beach toys you desire. Spend the day in the hustle and bustle that is Lahaina then retreat to your own quiet paradise. Just wow! The panoramic, floor to ceiling views from this corner unit are just incredible. The one bedroom condo is well appointed, tastefully decorated, and impeccably clean. The location on Front St was far enough away from the crowds but close enough to walk to bars, restaurants, and shops. The check in staff were friendly and helpful, and parking on the flat lot was easy. I loved hearing the ocean waves as I fell asleep at night. Though there isn't a large beach, the loungers in the yard were great (and also a plus that we didn't drag sand in with us everywhere). Loved having some beach towels we could use, and there is even a nice stack of books to pick up on your relaxing stay. Check in and check out were a breeze.

This condo is the epitome of perfect. Both the living area and the bedroom have a glass wall with door that opens to bring the outside in. There was no need to close the screen because there were no bugs and the weather was awesome. We left the door partially open at night to hear the sound of the waves. It is a short walk to town where there is no shortage of restaurants. The beach is an elevator ride and short walk out the back door of the resort. The condo has everything you might need in the way of kitchen appliances and utensils. It is clean, nicely furnished and the bed is comfortable. Lahaina Pizza Company is awesome. Fleetwood's had great drinks, but go during Happy Hour for better pricing. Overall, this property is amazing. I highly recommend.

Can’t wait to return! The condo was nicely decorated, updated, clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was we'll stocked for an island stay. Cannot beat the view from inside and out surrounded by lanais. The bedroom too. It was private and yet minutes walk to Lahaina’s many great restaurants and a particularly cute coffee shop- Belle Surf Cafe. Should have stayed longer!!

I had the perfect stay! The unit and location was everything I could ever wish for and the property manager, Dave, was phenomenal. The unit had everything I needed.. cookware, towels, beach equipment, etc. It was a short maybe 5-10 minute walk to the shops and restaurants on Front street. The beach area just passed the gate by the pool is so quiet and relaxing, not over crowded like some of the other beaches I visited during good my stay. Everything was just perfect.

No parking problems with all the great things in Lahaina just a 5 minute walk.
Safe sandy beach out front perfect for families with little ones or just walking up and down on the beach.

Rooms were clean and everything worked. Old building and hallways could use an update and paint. Staff were very nice, we didn't feel like we were any different than other guests who rent directly. Ample closet space. It would have been nice to have a couple suitcase stands rather than putting luggage on the floor. Overall good experience. 5 minute walk to town and Marina. Underground parking is tight, I wouldn't rent anything larger than a standard size car which we had, it was snug with lots of big poles to watch out far.

We have stayed at Lahaina Shores six times. This is our favorite unit by far. The owners are responsive and accommodating (our flight got in early and we were able to check in early after a quick call). The unit has gorgeous views and is well equipped. It’s the perfect size (I think the studios are too small).

The condo was very nice and clean. It was very spacious and the decor was beautiful, from the paintings on the walls too the furniture in the rooms. You could not ask for a better view of the ocean and the sunset every evening was just breath taking. Then to top it off, the walk-in closet had everything you would need for the beach and pool (folding chairs, surf boards, floating tubes and loungers). If I had to complain about anything, it would be for a construction site of a new building right next door to our condo. They worked Mon-Fri all day, but we were out touring most of the day, so it wasn’t so bad.

We highly recommend this unit at the Lahaina Shores Beach Resort. The pictures are accurate. The unit is clean, well maintained, and adequately stocked with everything you need for a great vacation. We’ve stayed at Lahaina Shores 8 times in the past 10 years and this is our favorite unit!

We had an amazing time. This rental was clean, within just 2-3 blocks of downtown Lahaina, and RIGHT on the water. The owners were awesome, called at the beginning and the end of the trip to ensure everything went well. We will be going back!

What a wonderful unit and location! Nothing better than a wrap around ocean/mountain view. Having the walk in closet and all the beach supplies we needed was a big plus for us. The unit had everything we needed and believe me when I say....we didn't want to leave! The only suggestion I have is to secure the rug under the glass table down to the floor at the corner where it is in the walking path. It appears it was stuck to the floor at one time but is now rolled up again and is a tripping hazard. Other than that it was perfect! Until next time....Aloha!

We had a fabulous stay in Lahaina. The condo was as superb as presented in the booking site. The location overlooking the water was absolutely beautiful. It was walking distance to so many restaurants and attractions. If we return to Lahaina, we will definitely book this unit again.

I stayed at Lahaina Shores for a week with my 18 and 22 year old daughters. We absolutely loved it! The condo and view are as shown in the pictures. Everything clean and in very good condition--king bed is comfortable too! We loved sitting on the lanai in the morning with our coffees and watching the sunsets in the evenings with a glass of wine. It is a corner unit so you have the ocean in front of you and on the side balcony, which offered a second table and chairs, a view of the ocean and the west Maui mountains. Location is excellent with walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Slept to sounds of the ocean at night and liked the lower key, more private beach setting away from the resort areas. We were a 5 minute drive to Kaanapali beach, which we enjoyed, but liked coming back to our more quiet beach area at the condo. Staff was efficient, friendly and helpful. The only request I would have is there were only 2 beach chairs and umbrellas and there were 3 of us. The condo advertises up to 4 can stay so I suggest adding 2 more chairs and umbrellas. If we decided to make another trip to Maui we will definitely plan to stay here again.

Very nice apartment, great location on south end of town, very close (cannot get much closer) to a quiet beach. All things in the apartments were very good, comfortable bed, air conditioning worked very well, good tv channels options, great balconies (large), washer and dryer in apartment are very handy. would recommend for sure.

Great location.We walked all over the area as it is right on the edge of the happening part of town without being surrounded by a resort. We were completely satisfied with our stay in the Lahaina Shores condo. The unit was all it was presented to be and more.The furnishing and amenities were first class with everything one could ask for and more.The condo was immaculate and the view was beautiful.We have stayed here before and will do so again. Thank you for a great traveling and vacationing experience. We give this a 5 star rating in all areas.

Our vacation was perfect. We stayed at the end of April and into very early May. The condo pictures barely do it justice - the view is incredible!! The condo is well appointed and modern - it has everything you could ask for. It's right on the beach and within walking distance to all of downtown Lahaina. There's a general store right next door in case you forget or need anything.

We will definitely be back - we absolutely loved the condo and everything was flawless which made our stay perfect.

As we entered this property we were instantly blown away by the property itself, but even more so by the incredible view from the lanai! It never grew old. After being lulled to sleep (in a comfortable bed) by the waves lapping against the shores, we would wake and open the sliding glass doors and drink our coffee and eat our breakfast as we took in the sights and sounds of the sea! We enjoyed watching the activities on the water and most days we had whale sightings! This spacious unit met our every need with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, comfortable sitting area, and large walk in closet to hang our clothing and store our water toys, coolers, etc. out of the way.
The location was perfect as we were away from the busyness of Front Street, but were within walking distance of the major attractions in that area.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a minor issue with hot water but both the property manager and the resort staff ensured that the issue was resolved and kept us informed along the way. This was a fantastic find and we hope to return!

The condo was just perfect for us. We slept with the sliders open every night listening to the waves lull us to sleep. Had coffee every morning on the deck as we watched the whales swim by spouting and breaching just off shore. What a site! We loved the layed back atmosphere. This is not a glamor and glitzy hotel of the Wailea area, but in every way made our stay stress free, relaxed and enjoyable. We walked downtown to the shops and dining. rented kayaks just out our back door. Even had a whale swim under our Kayak and heard his whale calls! Swam with two monk seals and lots of sea turtles! It was heaven on earth and wish we were back there now!

Best hotel room Ive ever experienced. The relationship to the beach is intimate, without crowds, just the sounds of the ocean and the waving palms.

This place is just as advertised; clean, convenient, well maintained, well appointed and an incredible view from almost everywhere in the unit. From the front lanai all you see is ocean, and from the side lanai all you see is the west Maui mountains. You can hear the waves at night - even with the windows closed tight and the air conditioning on.

The unit is walkable to all that Lahaina has to offer, is steps from its own beach, and has all of the equipment you need for a stay. You MIGHT be able to reproduce something like this place at one of the big resorts, but you will pay dearly for it. And that's IF you can reproduce this place - most of the resorts we saw on Maui were significantly further back from the ocean than this was.

A Very Nice Property and it had all the items needed to spend a week in Maui. It is a little smaller than the pictures show, although it was plenty big for my wife & I. It is a corner eastside unit on the 3rd floor. The only issue is there is an open lot right off the east side balcony where homeless people congregated and slept. It is nicely decorated and was nicer than some of the units we got to see. The sunsets are magnificent from the balcony. However, don't plan on sleeping in because the pool below opens at 8 AM and can be quite loud. Make sure you eat at Mama's Fish House, KOA's, The Lahaina Grill, and Pacific-O. If you're looking for a good burger Cool Cats and Cheeseburger in Paradise are the places to go. The burgers are better at Cool Cats, but the view and ambiance is much better at Cheeseburger in Paradise. Brunch at KOA's. Whether it's a helicopter tour, golf, fishing, or just enjoying the beach, you're sure to enjoy yourself on Maui. We'll be back for sure.

If you want proximity to the beach this is it. I fell asleep and woke up to the sound of waves rolling onto the shore. The sunset can be enjoyed from your balcony. It's a quiet, well maintained building within walking distance of Lahaina shops and restaurants and it's within feet of water equipment rentals and surfing lessons. It's also reasonably priced. We cooked frequently at the condo and found every kitchen item we needed. It's a quiet corner location. You can use the pool or jump into the ocean water. The building is a 'hotel' with some privately owned units so you have the benefit of immediate check-in and out and a concierge. The staff is sweet. You're on your own for cleaning the place ... the hotel has maid service but only on departure. But there is insuite washer/dryer which is incredibly convenient. The bed was super comfortable and the rooms are spacious with a good cross breeze possible because it's a corner unit. Not a bug in sight. Pretty clean, with relatively new renovations. There were some beach towels and chairs but you'll need to bring your own snorkel gear. Stay here if you don't like the towering crowded condos set back from the water in Kaanapali. The water/beach are better but you're sharing it with large numbers. Plus those folks have to drive to Lahaina for most restaurants/shopping, and you'll just walk out the front door on foot. Try Lahainaluna Cafe for delicious cheap fish tacos...about a 10 minute walk.

We had a great stay here. I loved being on Front street so close to restaurants and shops. The condo was beautiful, clean and comfortable. You cannot beat the view, the ocean is right outside the balcony. We would definitely stay again. The resort itself is pretty basic, it has a pool, hot tub, and access to the beach. But right next door there is a small shopping complex with 2-3 places to eat, place to rent beach gear, and a general store. Very convent location.

We stayed in this wonderful rental the last week of June. From check in to check out, it was a great experience. The unit is just as it appears online. Very clean and comfortable, kitchen is well stocked, bed very comfortable with good quality sheets and towels provided. Unit equipped with beach chairs, children sand toys (though we had no kids with us) right there in the unit for your enjoyment. It is walking distance to tons of shops, restaurants, and the Lahaina harbor. Some of the best times, however, were spent sitting on the patio enjoying the incredible views. You can see beautiful sunsets every evening from your patio. We chose to turn the air conditioning off at night and open the huge sliding glass doors in the bedroom to hear the ocean.....simply amazing! Great ceiling fan in the bedroom also. Suggestions: Old Lahaina Luau is the best Luau in HI, but you have to have reservations before you go or you will not be able to get in. If you want to drive see the sunset at Haleakala on your own, you must have reservations before you go. There is a wonderful restaurant on the water steps away from you, called Pacifico's. Another restaurant we loved, about a 15 minute drive, is called Merrimans, in the town of Kapalua. Pricey, but the views are the best of any oceanfront restaurant we have ever visited. If you are going to Maui, I highly recommend renting this unit.

This 1 bedroom condo was fabulous! It was clean and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. It is furnished beautifully. The view is phenomenal and the condo is just steps from the sandy beach and the activities on Front street. The shops right next door are very convenient as are the restaurants. I highly recommend this unit and will stay here again. The monk seal resting on the beach was cool as well.

This condo is everything that is described and what the pictures show plus more. This is a true 5 star condo with everything top notch. The view of the beach and ocean is incredible. Leave the Lanai doors open and fall asleep to the sound of the waves. The condo itself and the condo complex is immaculate. Again everything involved is a 5 star experience.

Everything was wonderful. Couldn't have been happier with the property. Location was great, easy walk to restaurants, shops, and most importantly right on the water. I would absolutely stay here again, and am already planning our next trip. The property manager's are fantastic - they have a nice App for your phone to help with check-in/out, activities, directions, and most importantly the countdown to your stay.

We spent a wonderful two weeks away from the snow and cold at this great cono. It was very spacious and well equipted, one of the nicest we have stayed in. The corner unit is highly desirable. With a balcony on and windows on two sides it made it bright and airy. We loved the front balcony and spent a lot of time looking over the ocean, the ships coming and going and the waterfront activities. The location at the south end of the building was nice and quit and the 3rd floor is ideal. We enjoyed being able to be on the beach within a few steps from the room. The parking garage is very convenient as is the condo's location just a short walk from Lahaina's fine restaurants and shops. The location is also good for driving up and down the coast. We highly recommend this rental and we were so pleased that just before leaving we booked two weeks for next year.

A good size comfortable apartment in an excellent location with a beautiful view. Obviously fairly recently renovated, good quality kitchen appliances, cookware and tableware. General cleaning good but could do with just a little extra attention, eg spots on bedroom carpet, dust in less well used places, grease splatters on cooker, etc.

This is fantastic condo to rent for a couple! We had a wonderful week here with fabulous views down the beach and out to Lanai'. Halloween in Lahaina was a great bonus too.
The condo was as neat as a pin, well furnished and the in-condo washer and dryer were so convenient to have available.
We would love to return as soon as possible! :)

The condo was fantastic - open and spacious. The views from the living room and bedroom were incredible. On top of this, it's within walking distance to the Lahaina shopping area, which was amazing too. We would highly recommend this condo.

Our rental experience was very good. Communication we the property managers was timely and check-in and staff of Lahaina Shores quick and friendly. We would definitely rent that unit again. The unit being on Front Street made it easy to walk to any of the destinations in the main attractions in Lahaina. The unit was very clean, comfortable (especially the A/C!), and had a fantastic view!! We did have a small plumbing issue in the bathroom which was repaired within the hour...great service!!

Beautiful setting, great location, we would love to stay there again.

My husband and I chose this place to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. Even though there were 12 inches of rain pouring down within a three day period and we received 4 emergency flood warnings on our cell phones, being in this unit made our vacation worth every minute of it and was the "sunshine" of our stay. The view, convenient location, cleanliness and amenities provided were perfect. We would definitely come back!
The main sliding glass door did not lock and is pretty much the only item that needs to be followed up on. There was a leak coming from the ceiling in the master bedroom closet from the unit above, but staff was quick to respond and take care of it.
Again, we were delighted with 301 and would go back in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful time during our stay in Lahaina. The condo was perfect and fully equipped with everything we needed. Our hosts were very accommodating and quick to respond. We will definitely be back! The views and sunsets are spectacular!

We had a fantastic stay. The unit was very clean and wonderfully furnished with an island feel. Very nicely updated. The kitchen was supplied better than any condo we've stayed at in Makena Surf condos and I cook a lot. The views were wonderful of both the beach and mountains. The unit is far enough away from the nightclub we were never bothered by noise at all. Very highly recommended for a glorious stay. Thank you - we'll be staying at this unit again when we come to Lahaina.
